FIDJI ACT REX 2026 will provide an opportunity to review the progress made by FIDJI ACT and discuss initial feedback and experiences. Companies involved in the initiative will share their experience of using the FIDJI ACT taxonomy across a sample of their real-estate portfolios.

Rémy Estran-Fraioli, PhD, CEO of Scientific Climate Ratings, will open the event with a presentation entitled “Climate Risks and the Brown Discount”, addressing the risks and costs of climate inaction, alongside Édouard Civel, Economist at EDHEC Climate Institute.

The FIDJI Institute creates digital, collaborative, and sustainable working practices serving the common good of the European real estate industry. The FIDJI ACT dictionary details the complete nomenclature of impact actions for the energy, low-carbon and ESG performance of existing buildings, across all property asset classes.
